 About me

I am originally from the UK where I completed my Bachelors (BSc Hons Psychology) and my Masters (MSc Psychotherapy). I have been living in Canada since 2020 and prior to this, I lived in Asia for 10 years where I worked in a rehabilitation centre in Chiang Mai. Prior to moving to Thailand, I worked in the NHS in my home town of Brighton for 8 years.

Outside of my work, I am an avid reader and huge music fan. I am a single parent to a small human and 2 wonderful cats. I love cycling and yoga and I'm often teased by friends about my obsession with nature and the weather. I came into my career after working through my own life struggles (a never-ending process), which I believe gives me a depth of empathy and helps me connect deeply with others. I feel very lucky to live on the unceded Coast Salish territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
